** Defrost prior to cooking**

Serves 1 - Single Portions:

Warm up in microwave until heated through. 

 

Oven bake

Serves 2,3 & 4:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.  Remove outer packaging.  

Cover with foil for the first 20min of the cook to avoid over browning or drying out.

Cook for 20min, gently stir then cook for a further 25min.

Total: Cook for 40 - 45min

 

Once defrosted please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
