** Defrost prior to cooking**
 
OVEN BAKE
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.  Remove outerpackaging.
Cook for 20-25 min, until pastry is golden brown.
 
Or
Warm up in microwave for 4min until heated through.
 
 
Once defrosted please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
