** Defrost prior to cooking**

Serves 1 - Single Portions:

Warm up in microwave until heated through. 

 

Stove Top - Cook for 15 - 20min

Serves 2 - 3:

Remove all outerpacking  and place food in pot.  Heat slowly with lid on, stirring imtermittently.  Bring to a gentle simmer until piping hot throughout.

 

Once defrosted please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
